Make Your Move for Mind in Croydon

Would you like to help raise £66,852 for Mind in Croydon?

Would you like to improve your health and wellbeing at the same time?

Join us in our fundraising and activity campaign and make your move for Mind in Croydon!

There are 66,852 adults in Croydon struggling with their mental health and our strategy is to provide more help for more people, in more areas of the borough by raising £66,852 by World Mental Health Day on 10 October 2024.

Our award-winning Active Minds Service supports people to get moving by participating in physical activities that improve mental health such as walking, gardening, yoga, tennis, and outdoor group games in local parks, as well as mindfulness and relaxation activities online and in person.

Check out our video of current Active Minds members kicking off the campaign:

Here’s the fun bit – you could use this as an opportunity to get active too! Choose some activities from our list of 66 physical activity challenges, or make up your own and ask family, friends or colleagues to sponsor you for the number of minutes of each activity you do. You can log your activities on our tracker or get into a competition with others to see who can log the most minutes (and raise the most money!). Great for a school class, work team or club members. Have a look at our sponsorship form and activities list here.
