Active Minds Summer Socials
On Wednesday 2nd August 2023, we had an online social for those that couldn’t come to our in-person one, with quiz, games getting us running around looking for things, lots of laughs, lots of wig changes and even a dolphin head hat from one of our members!
The sun came out just in time on Thursday 3rd August 2023 for us to host a lovely get together in Lloyd’s Park with members, enjoying a picnic, music, yoga, badminton and a game of cricket. It was so good to see some of the more nervous members really build in confidence over the day, connect with others and really get stuck into the activities. As the day came to an end, many had swapped numbers to meet up for walks over the summer and a small group went to the Café for a cuppa and more chat.

Active Minds are still taking referrals and groups will restart for the start of term on Monday 4th September 2023.
