Welfare Benefits Advice Line Closed for February

The Mind in Croydon Welfare benefits Advice Line will be closed for general advice enquiries throughout February, due to oversubscribed appeal representation requests on our waiting lists and shortage of staff resources.

We ask that people continue to leave their details on the advice line voicemail for form filling or appeal assistance enquiries and we will return calls on these issues.

We hope to reopen the advice line in March but will continue to keep you informed on this.
